Ina L. Ward, 83, of Columbia, passed away on January 13, 2016.
Graveside service is planned for a later date in Akron, Ohio.
Ina was born September 9, 1932 in Tioga, West Virginia to Elmer A. and Earlie A. Gillenwater Mullens.
On May 14, 1951 she married Leroy Ward in Summersville, WV and he preceded her in death. She was a member of Home Missionary Baptist Church in Akron, Ohio where she taught Sunday School. She was an avid reader and enjoyed working crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Hawk (William) of Columbia, Pamela Bostic (Michael) of Akron, Ohio; a brother, Marvin; five sisters, Mary, Alice, Sue, Shirley, Linda; seven grandchildren, Jessica, Zoe, Kelly, Michael, Joseph, Sarah, Amy and fourteen great-grandchildren.
