Angela Dean (Craig) Bishop

Angela Dean Bishop, 52, of Boonville passed away at her home on June 1, 2026.

Angela was born in Columbia on July 15, 1973, a daughter of Elroy Dean Craig and Anna Gene Smith Craig.  She was a graduate of the Missouri School for the Deaf in Fulton.  Angela loved her family, especially spending time with her grandkids.  Her favorite past times were crocheting, diamond art crafts and was known for her green bean casserole.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Ronnie Bishop; son, Roy Dean Jones III (Jessica); step-son, Matthew Dale Bishop; daughter, Valarie Kaye Jones; step-daughters, Rhonda Morrow (Kevin) and Dana Gene Norris (Kelly); brother, Timmy Craig; step-brother, Randy Lee Bishop; step-sisters, Mikki, Makayla and Amy; her much loved grandchildren, Jordyn Jones, Annabelle Jones, Tyson Mills, Ariel Revell, Royelle Jones, Jessie Jones Kain Jones and Avielle Revell; several step-grandchildren; aunt, Joyce Perdue and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Anna Gene.

Memorial services honoring Angela’s life will be held at 12:00 PM, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Markland-Yager Funeral Home in New Franklin.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the University of Missouri Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
