Richard O. Martin, Age 69, of Columbia, MO passed away February 26, 2023, at Landmark Hospital in Columbia, MO.
On March 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. there will be a graveside service held at the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, 10071 E Mount Zion Church Rd, Hallsville, MO 65255.
Richard was born on August 6, 1953, in Columbia, MO, to Thomas O. and Bonnie Frances (Acton) Martin.
He is survived by brothers Russell Martin (Connie), Robert Martin (Pam), Paul Kendrick, sisters, Vickie Pemberton, Rebecca O’Neal (Pete), Margaret Railton, sisters-in-law Susie Martin, Pam Martin, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, (two brothers) Mike Martin, Steve Martin, (niece) Christ Lee Martin, and (nephew) Dan Martin.
Richard retired as a truck driver with J.D. Kelly Excavating in Columbia, MO, earlier in Sales/Management for Industrial Petroleum Chemical Sales – ZEP, and United Parcel Services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, c/o Floyd and Bonnie Durk, 11225 E. Rob Cook Rd, Centralia, MO 65240.
